Open to the Chapter – current and new board and assistants requested to attend.  We have invested in a strategic planning consultant to assist in our continued transition to CREW Network while maintaining the values set forth with our local organization. CREW Nashville is pleased to announce that Laughlin Consulting Group’s Principal, Elke S. Laughlin, will join us in October to facilitate our Board of Directors’ Strategic Planning Retreat. Laughlin Consulting Group, LLC., based in Houston, Texas,  is a management consulting firm geared exclusively to the Commercial Real Estate Industry, focusing on change management, organizational, and leadership development services. https://laughlin-group.com/

Elke has a vast knowledge of the CREW Network. She currently serves on the CREW Houston Board of Directors. She has assisted them with their Strategic Plan and the Mentoring and Leadership Development Program; additionally, she facilitated CREW Tampa Bay Strategic Planning Retreat earlier this year.

Elke brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge. She spent 20-years with CBRE and 5-years with NAI Partners, both in executive leadership roles. For the last 4-years, Elke has guided clients across the country. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. Elke is certified in DISC (Behaviors) and Driving Forces (Motivators).
