WHO: Crew Mentorship Committee presents a Professional Development Leadership workshop introducing The Culture Index and how it works.
WHAT: In Nashville’s tight job market, hiring and retaining top talent requires getting the right person, for the right “seat”, and having the superior communication skills to help team members grow and thrive. This is especially difficult in a hybrid work atmosphere. The Culture Index Program trains the most powerful Executives and Line Managers on how to be more effective in their human decisions and judgments, using Culture Index analytics and algorithms. Unlike the DISC program, The Culture Index measures two different scenarios, the individual’s basic traits as well as the traits the individual needs to be successful in their current or potential position. We will analyze our own personalities first to learn more about ourselves. Next, we will learn how to interpret the data to better mentor our teams, families, and centers of influence. The Culture Index analyzes 19 different personalities and has a 96% accuracy rate. Our personalities are set by age 12.
