For full-time professionals actively employed in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE). This is the primary membership category for practicing CRE professionals.
Affiliate Member

For full-time professionals with 5+ consecutive years of experience in a field related to CRE who supply services or products to QFCRE professionals. Affiliate members satisfy an annual sponsorship requirement.
Civic Member

For full-time employees in the CRE sector working for a government or public agency, or a non-profit organization with a connection to commercial real estate.
Student Member

For full-time undergraduate or graduate students (12+ credit hours) actively pursuing a career in a qualified field of commercial real estate.
