Navigating Change is the first program in CREW Nashville’s new Speaker Series, designed to offer meaningful, skill-building conversations for women in commercial real estate.

This interactive 90-minute workshop will help you better understand how to navigate change with clarity, confidence, and intention—both professionally and personally. You’ll walk away with practical tools and perspectives you can apply immediately.
The session will be led by Janet Walls, President and Founder of Delta Blvd, who brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and executive leadership. Janet has worked with executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs across industries to identify what limits performance and implement strategies that support growth and long-term success.
This members-only workshop includes a 30-minute lunch, followed by a 90-minute workshop for learning, discussion, and connection
